Part of FTC is spreading the robotics message to the community.
We visited Mitchell Elementary School and set up three stations. At one, we shared our robots with the fifth graders and let them drive. At another, we had them program Spheros to complete challenges. At the third, we taught the fifth graders to build their own mini robots, called "Snapbots."
At the local senior community center, several of our team members presented a demonstration of our robotics club. After a short presentation and demo, we let the senior citizens drive the robot around the room.
